I had several things monogrammed here. The price was cheap and the quality was the highest quality I've seen. I have a lot of monogramming work done. The people were friendly and professional. It helps when you're patient, give people time to work, or respond to your emsil...and not be a jerk. :) I highly recommend these guys.
