This review is about the application process only. I did not end up living here simply because they didn’t have something open as soon as I wanted and needed to get out of my current living situation as soon as possible. I read a lot of reviews looking for apartments and it was rare to find one rated this high. I can see why they are full/have a wait list. David, who is the assistant manager, was very helpful and kind. He was prompt in responding to emails, even after I let him know that I had decided to move to a different building. He always made the effort to follow up and was by far the easiest person that I interacted with during my search. I’m definitely going to keep this complex in mind for when I move in the future.

I’ve lived here for a little over a year and just signed another 12 month lease. This complex is truly a gem in the heart of downtown Mesa. It’s clean, quiet, well maintained, and I’ve always felt safe. The neighbors are friendly and keep to themselves. Never any issues with noise or shady happenings. This is my first apartment and I would definitely recommend it!
In an area where apartments aren't so wonderful, Cimarron, tucked away, is a well taken care of, charming little community.
Amazing place to live for the past 3 years. Management was incredibly attentive and very kind! The grounds and facilities are consistently well kept and maintained. In fact the gym, exterior, and BBQ's were all tastefully upgraded during my stay. The maintenance team was great! Easy to communicate with and jobs were completed in 24 hours if not same day. This was a wonderful experience especially for my first ever apartment. Never had issues with neighbors and truly a friendly bunch. I think if you're responsible and don't create messes for others, Cimarron can handle the rest and then some. Thank you again to the whole Cimarron team!!!
Nice place. Negligente management, refuses to fix leaking plumbing so my bathrooms always soaked when the neighbours shower. Also towel and toilet paper holders are junk they keep coming out of the wall and when \fixed\ they work for another 2 months then break
