My husband and I have lived here about 7 months and as far as our apt, it's updated and nice for the price 1050 for 2 bd 2ba including pets. We live on the Roosevelt side and it's pretty quiet. Really the only thing that is a little off putting is the complex is a little run down and could definitely use some renovating. But considering the price and we only see the outside a few times a day if that, it's a decent apt. The staff has been pretty nice and helpful and understanding especially with Covid-19 happening. Overall, if you're looking for a good apt for a very affordable price and aren't too picky I would say go for it. The location is super convenient to many stores and restaurants as well as the freeway. The mall and college are down the street as well as the light rail. 7/10

Old outdated run down everywhere especially laundry rooms..landscape..the parking lots and broken down cars are embarasing and the management is the absolute worst ever in doing any repairs. I don't live there but my family member does...its far from worth 915 a month including taxes for this apartment complex it should be condemned.

Don't get me wrong it is a nice apartment to live in but everything else outside the apartment is horrible. The staff is rude, the maintenance guy argued with my about why the door was locked for the office when it was 10 in the morning. All I was doing was paying rent and i got argued that no one was there and to come back later in the afternoon when i was going to be at work. They don't have an answering machine for their 2 phone numbers ( they could let the phone ring for over a minute without answering) and I have to call each number 10 times before someone answers. Now trying to get something fixed. I've called and left a voicemail when they actually give it to you and called back the next day the answer i got was ill send someone out in the morning between a certain time when I'm not there and DON'T get home till 3-4 pm in the afternoon. Then when i actually had someone here for them to come earlier they don't come and I have to call saying the person will leave (they had plans) if they don't send someone up. They can't take all day and waste peoples time. Office staff is rude and always have attitude. If I can give less than a star I would. Don't live here for their cheap prices they said when it was time to renew a lease the Central Apartments across the street was cheaper than them.

I've lived here long enough to know you can't count on the office when you need them and all the rules they go over (like picking up after your dogs or having broken down cars in the very limited amount of parkingspotsp) are just a formality. If you need maintenance, you have to call 5 times before they get annoyed and send them over. Anything more than a simple fix doesn't get done either because they say the office won't approve it. I'm only still here because I'm saving up for a house. EDIT: on the Valencia side, in the past 5 years, I can think of about 5 times the police have been directly outside my door or at my door asking about the neighbors. no one would want to live here if they saw how it was taken care of over here.
