Have just completed a seamlessly easy transaction of a Vintage 16800 Sub, purchased from Vintage Watches Miami, & freighted half a world away to Australia. Written & photographic description of the time-piece was 100% accurate, & communication with Juan...both via phone & email... was excellent. I would definitely recommend this company, & most certainly would deal with Vintage Watches Miami again in the future.

I interacted with Juan who started out as helpful with respect to sending pictures and answering questions. I was ready to make a purchase until I asked that Juan include all of the info we discussed and agreed to on the invoice (e.g. 100% authenticity, return policy, includes box and original papers, etc.) . Juan then became argumentative and suggested that his \accounting department\ wouldn't allow him to make changes to an invoice. He also suggested that he had too many other customers to work with to spend time editing an invoice. He pointed to the fact that Vintage Watches Miami is part of a larger \operation\ that has been in business for 30 years as evidence to why they don't need to put that info on the invoice. To that I'd note that Vintage Watches Miami has been in business for 30 years with 40 google reviews and 92% positive feedback on eBay. Buyer beware.
