The worst emergency room I had ever been... I found two lymphocytes on my neck this morning so decided to go in this hospital. I came there at 8am,there was one woman before me and that's all. I thought I will have a possibility to see a doctor soon. At the end I went out at 13:30 without seeing any doctor... They let all the people comming with an go before you and also some people who came after me because as they said they had to visit other type of doctor than me... After 5 and a half of hour I asked the receptionist how much time I need to wait more and he said that he can't tell, maybe till 24:00... Very unpolite receptionists(woman and a young man). Suggest you don't waist your time going there and choose other emergency room in Milano.

A friend of mine fell down some stairs and we went to the emergency room at this hospital. He was immediately seen by a doctor and it was all done after 2 hours. Turns out he broke his shoulder and 4 ribs but didn't require surgery. The staff was professional and some of them spoke good English. He felt he was well taken care of. Sure, the building looks old but the quality of care received was very adequate. Thank you, mille grazie.

Shocking, appalling attitude, keep you waiting following a queuing system which by passes you with visitors who came later and when you ask the staff scream at you in Italian!! If I had not been bitten by a dog and needed to be seen I would have walked out! They are a disgrace!!!!

The conditions of the space, organization, staff of the hospital are really bad. I waited five hours to be attended for a doctor in the urgencies. I asked every hour when we will be visit and the nurses always answered us they had an urgency in the hospital. My boyfriend had a pain in his stomach and it was not important for them. Five hours later we left the hospital because they did not secure us what time the doctor could visit him. In the same day we came back to our country and it was operated to an emergency to appendicitis. It is not enough important this for them ?? I do not have a good memory about this situation because nobody help us and also the nurses did not want to give him a pill. On another hand, I have not understood why this hospital has a homeless people slepping in the waiting room. It's weird such an important city as Milan has this type of problems and nobody do nothing.

My daughter and I were in a traffic accident during our few hour connection in Milan. We were taken to this hospital for emergency care and my daughter received stitches and was observed for 8 hours. As scary and stressful as the situation was, all the doctors and nurses were very helpful and attentive and tried to translate everything for us so I felt my daughter is well taken care of. Thank you all!
