Camping was great. I was lucky and almost no one else there. Took some liberties with where I actually camped. Best spots were to the east side down by the river.

I reserved a camping site for Labor Day weekend. I was all set. I asked for a call to ask what is the latest we can get there to set up. I was called back a couple days later. I was told late check in is fine. All good. Then they say I have a 10 person campsite. I said ok? Is it more money? No but it has to be filled to at least 50% capacity and you have to register for an activity. I said it doesn't say that on the website. If you are in a premium camp spot you have to. So I was moved to a site of their choosing and it had hookups. I said I do not need hook ups I have a RTT. Well we will move you there and it will be the same price. I said that is fine. 45 mins later I get a bill via email for the cost difference for the new site that the girl moved me to for an additional 142 for the difference on the site that they picked for me to move to after I was told it would be the same amount. I call back I get a ton of attitude after speaking to someone that couldn't understand why I was moved in the first place. The young lady that got on the phone had a huge attitude. Immediately started spouting off rules that were not seen by me when I was reserving my site. I was told it will be 7-10 days for a refund and hung up on me. Now after I get an email of a refund They did not refund me the full amount. I would stay away from dealing with them. Not even going to bother trying to get my refund back in full.
Wow, I'm so disappointed by the service with Kittatinny Canoes. Not only was the staff unhelpful and even rude when I wanted to learn more about the Delaware River, a few employees, most specifically Laura, didn't wear a mask at all or didn't wear it over their nose. I felt unsafe and had to leave early. Please be careful before trying this business.
THIS IS A SCAM, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE LITERALLY THIEVES. We booked a trip that had to be cancelled due to a LIGHTNING STORM and they REFUSED TO GIVE ME A REFUND. We could not get everyone together to reschedule it due to a GLOBAL PANDEMIC COMPLICATING THINGS. Despite all of this, Kittatinny decided to steal 300 from me and not offer even a partial refund. Laura Bruno, is easily the worst woman I have ever interacted with. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
Randomly went one Monday with a friend, great time drinking beers on the river, we did just the short, calm part of the river Matamoras to Milford, about 3 hours just cruising. Staff was really friendly. Guy who drove us up to the starting spot gave us some insight on the trip and was really cool. Only negative is that the cost for this trip, even on a Monday was over 50/person, bit too much.
