Fast, friendly and professional service. Delicious food! Orange chicken tastes like orange and not sugar! Garlic pork was so good! The Cauliflower was amazing! The noodles with pork and cucumber are a perfect combination. Steamed pork buns are the best. You have to try this place!

The Beijing Zhajiangmian (北京炸酱面) was quite good and reheated well! I especially like the texture of the hand pulled noodles. One portion was two meals worth. The Green Onion Pancake (葱发大饼) was cold and soggy. I think that, much like delivery french fries, it's impossible to keep them hot and crisp by the time they arrive. Reheat in a cast iron on the stove, or in a convection oven. Unfortunately, it's not the same as getting it piping hot in the restaurant. Also a very large portion, six giant slices. The Boiling Hot Fish Fillets (沸腾鱼片) was an enormous portion, it was the size of a small catering tray. Can easily, single-handedly feed two people. The Dan Dan Noodles (担担面) are vegetarian, which is pretty unusual and cool. I didn't try them, and so can't attest to their taste.
We are a big fan of Wonderful Millbrae since they opened. Wendy and the staff are very kind and customer/community oriented. My favorite is mapo tofu, and my husband's are the dry string beans We also tried the fish dish, chicken fried rice, pot stickers, jar jar noodle and more. We loved them all. Patrons are also nice and friendly creating a nice environment.
The food here is amazing! Great service as well. This is a place I'd come back to time and time again. In fact, I really did have dinner here yesterday as well as today. It's such a treat to have found such an amazing, authentic place. I'd definitely recommend it here!
Wonderful is my favorite Hunan spot. I've tried many in the bay area and all the way down to Los Angeles but this is the best! The quality of food, the service and ambiance, they do it right.

We were initially deterred from this place from its high prices, but saw photos of the onion pancake and decided to try it at least once. The photos of the food really impressed us. We came to dine in before shelter in place started. It was empty when we came in so we were seated immediately. Inside is really nice and clean. They also have tons of pork hanging in the kitchen. The waiter was really nice and was helpful as this was our first time here. We ordered the onion pancake, eggplant and string bean, lamb and onion, and chili chicken. The waiter actually recommended we try something else other than the chili chicken, but the photos looked good so we still got it. (I thought this was kinda weird and the other waitress even laughed that he said something like that.) The food came out pretty fast and they honestly lived up to the expectations. The chicken was really dry though, as the waiter said. It tasted good with the sauce the onion pancake came with though! We were thoroughly impressed with the food! Even though the price is a bit high, the quality of food is really high, and the decor is really nice as well. The first time we ate, the waiter noticed we were impressed with the hanging pork and actually gave us some to try to go. We've ordered to go once while shelter in place. I would highly recommend going here and supporting a local business!
