Not a very good range of laminate flooring here, told to go to MK if we want to see a better range. The salesperson had no idea how to wear a mask with it virtually on his chin, in these times not appropriate. Ended up going elsewhere.

Absolutely rubbish Customer Service!! I walked in and the shop was empty, all the staff were sat at desks looking towards the door and every single one of them ignored me when I walked in. Then I saw how over priced their carpets were and after 15 mins of being ignored by all of the people in there I walked out! I'd hate to think how much these people are getting paid to sit back and do nothing all day!!!

Quick to take my money and get it fitted. Had some issues with the stair rods and the aftercare from Ian and Kevin instore was a joke. The manager Nick managed to sort it out after a few months wait. Wouldn’t recommend unfortunately. Made a complaint to head office and nothing was done about it either.
