needed to attend today 3.2.21 on the advise from 111, had concerns due to current situation, but knew i needed to, was put at ease whole place very covid safe, i was a bit worked up over injury, but was very well cared for nurse very attentive, ensured i was fully examined, listened to my concerns, with full explantion. very clear on telling me what i needed to look out for and when to act if needed. was told to follow up with GP in a week, (never can get an app at own surgery) she even sent the a message to tell them that i need to see him, and informed me that if i cant get app to just go back there. wish i got names, cant think of one negative thing to say about my visit. i was generally put at ease.

Nice and clean inside and out. Very nice and helpful staff at front desk. Tea and coffee is 1 a pop. Snack vending machines. Water dispensary. Some toys and books for kids (clean) Small car park just out side pay and display but it is free.
This morning I had an excellent experience at the Urgent Care Centre. The receptionist who checked me in was friendly, warm and efficient. Another receptionist then came over to see me to ask if I needed painkillers and was very kind. I was called quickly in to see the clinic nurse who was wonderful. She took the time for me to tell the whole story of what had happened, she examined me and gave me advice on my next steps. I felt assured and she was very knowledgeable as well as being kind and caring. The waiting room was calm, clean and a good temperature. Overall I am so grateful for this service and the lovely people who work there. Thank you.
Excellent service, waiting times can be hit an miss. Had to resort to using them as my local GP could not see me for another 3 weeks. Luckily the Urgent Care Unit was available. Parking was free (remember to enter your reg number on the tablet). As my visit was during Covid pandemic in August, pre screening for temperature was done outside. All very professional. Triage consultation, a bit of a wait (1 hr) and saw a doctor and got prescription sorted. All in all based on this experience would certainly use them again if I was unable to see my normal GP.
I am absolutely gutted I did not get the receptionist's name. What an amazing lady! Fast-paced but not confusing, so warm, friendly and welcoming. A lady maybe late-40s and blonde? I attended two weeks ago and was petrified but she completely put my mind at ease. Waited 4 hours (was expecting much longer) but was told a 3 hour wait. Came in and heart rate, blood pressure and urine sample were all taken straight away. Could not fault the doctors or service in the slightest.
