It’s a capsule hotel, so do not expect to get a suite nor a big room. You get a bed and that’s it. It’s comfortable and safe, the bed is spacious enough and the restrooms/shower rooms are big and clean. It’s a bit pricey but the area is very convenient. They have a ladies-only floor for all the female guests.
It's ok but your experience depends on others. Being awoken by an early after midnight to realize it's your neighbor behaving like it's 3 pm is no fun.
I love this place so muchh..First the receptionist is very polite and they can speak English well..Second, they have cafe area as a free space for the guest to rest a bit, eat or doing their work..Third, the room is also very clean, comfortable and spacious enough to organize our thing,the amenities is also complete(pajama, towl,headset if you want to listen for the TV)..And then in wastafel room they prepare hair dryer, flat iron and complete cleansing soap (face foam, skin lotion, milk lotion, cotton) and also comb..The soap in the shower smell so nice, I love it so much..I feel so relax and take proper rest here after all of the whole day trip..
Fantastic place to stay if you're budget conscious. Great amenities for the price you pay. Clean and we'll maintained place. Close to bars and great restaurants. I would definitely stay here next time. About 10 min walk to the Shimbashi station.

This was the best capsule hotel. Large, comfortable rooms at a price. And clean. Toilet, bathroom all. A little far from downtown around station. It's a bit uncomfortable but quiet. If I want to stay in Shimbashi, I am willing to stay again. You can walk to the station with Haneda airport monorail. Advantages.
