Amazing homey restaurant tucked behind Azabu-juban. It's controlled chaos and a very charming atmosphere. The food is excellent and the master cooks everything perfectly. Highly recommended

This marvelous little sukiyaki restaurant is in an old family house on a small back alley in Roppongi. It feels like they cleared a spot in the living room to make room for a few tables, stacking knick knacks and curios to make room for their guests. I understand there are private dining rooms on the second floor. The wagyu beef sukiyaki is made at your table and accompanied by pickles, squid bits, fish cakes, steamed daikon, rice and other tiny plates. The beef is cooked with brown sugar and lard (who could ask for more?) and can be served, deliciously so, with raw egg. A little green tea and a small fruit plate finishes off the meal. This little place is a real gem. I highly recommend it. Dinner for two was around 16000yen including two mixed drinks from the full bar.

Food is deliciois and the atmosphere is incredible. You'll feelole bright having dinner in an old private house. Btw, very quiet
