I had seen 2 Drs one was a ENT and one was a PA. They treated me as though I was not important my issues were minimal. They told me there nothing they can do for me with a MRI showing my sinuses are horrible causing pain migraines. My ear was plugged them looking in my ear and doing a pressure check said nope. I found out differently. I have take 3 round antibiotic. I cant live like this obviously they don't care my experience was horrible and the drs blew me off. I will find new dr and probably change my coverage probably go to Dean ill never go back!

this place is a joke! we recently changed insurance so i have to go to unity point. I have a infected cyst on my face so i called to see if i could have it looked at i was told the first appointment is in 6 months because i am a new patient i scheduled in to establish care. 2 weeks later i got strep i called to be tested and was told i would have to wait 4 months before i could get a strep test. unacceptable !
