Food was amazing!! Had several Gluten Free option that tasted great!! Service was moderately lack luster though. Had a great vibe to the place. Just need to work on the service and this place would be a hit!

Good food, drinks, nice atmosphere and friendly service. The portions are big and the prices are reasonable. The menu is diverse so you’ll definitely find something to suit your taste.
Cute little brunch spot, it's a chain. Good greasy spoon. Lots of vegetarian options. Almost half the menu is vegetarian. Cheap price, service is also good. Our waiter was completely bilingual, because we also switched between English and French. One little thing is the menu layout is slightly confusing because sometimes the right side has the vegetarian alternative in green, and other times the left and right are completely different. Not a big deal but as a designer, this did confuse me and it took me a little time to understand the menu.
Make sure you have a reservation unless you dont mind seating at the bar. Food is great, I enjoyed every bit of the Poutine du Moment and the Poudding Chomeur. Warm atmosphere and prices are very good. If you are visiting Montreal for the first time or just looking for a place for comfort food go there.
The vegan options are to die for!!! Especially their fried “chicken” (that is actually made out of shiitake mushrooms). I recommend getting the vegan fried chicken tacos as an entree. Lovely place in cute neighborhood!
A gem of a place to be on a Friday lunch! Pulled pork was juicy and so well done! The pickled cabbage was amazing, had a nice crunch and the acid broke the pork richness. The sweet potato fries are must! Forget normal fries get this.. wide selection of beers so you won't get out of here thirsty..a special vege menu as well so it's a win win!
Absolutely loved the restaurant. The service is great! I have to say that I was very impressed with the service. They were very friendly. The food and drinks came out very fast. The menu is great and it has vegetarian AND vegan options. Definitely try the avocado fries. My friends who are not vegan enjoyed the vegan meals!! That says a lot I think. Very cool place to grab a drink and hang out with friends. One of my favourite restaurant!
Every visit at Gros luxe has succeeded my expectations. Good food and elaborated drinks meet the budget friendly folks. I went on multiple occasions and those pitchers are worth it. Split em with a friend or get the drink of the moment (they are usually topped off with some delicacies too)!
