I have been going to Center for Women for over 10 years. This clinic is full of the best people. Amanda and Dr. Barrow are top knotch! The staff is incredibly helpful and kind. Highly suggest!

A few months ago I had my yearly exam with Amanda and it was determined that I needed hormone replacement therapy. She wanted me to get clearance from a cardiologist before prescribing them. I had the required tests done and my PCP sent the results to her office 4 times. When I called the nurses to see about getting my medications, they always said they never received them. Then I went to a cardiologist and I asked them to send them the information and they said they needed to know what exactly they were wanting, so I called and spoke with Tracy at the nurses desk. She was extremely rude and hateful and told me she would “try” to reach out to them. When I spoke to my cardiologist’s nurse a few days later, they had not heard from them. She offered to call them and left them a message. So again I waited a few days and called Amanda’s office and they told me they were still waiting to hear from them. I spoke with my heart doctor’s nurse again yesterday and she called them again. She called me back a few minutes later and said that she now understood my frustration because she had spoke to Tracy and she said she was unbelievably rude. So I’m waiting today to see if the faxes were received so I can get my hormone medicine. This has been going on since April and I have explained to this office how badly I need this. I am suffering from severe hot flashes and night sweats along with all the other crazy things that are caused from hormone imbalances. I will never use this place again and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Smith is awesome! So far everything has been great and the staff is really friendly. Going through my first pregnancy and he answered all of my questions so far and is friendly. Definitely will be recommending him to my pregnant friends!
