Ron is an amazing salesman. Everyone wants a fair deal and that’s just what you can count on when working with him. My experience with him and Lexus was wonderful. Ron is friendly, courteous and he has a good sense of humor to boot. You really feel comfortable working with him. He carefully listened to what I wanted in my new vehicle and he was patient with me to accommodate exactly what I was looking for. Buying a car from Lexus of Cherry Hill was a great experience! Damien was a pleasure to deal with who was my salesperson! Also Bob and Tony were a lot of fun to talk with during the process. I switched my mind several times about model and even make of the car, but always came back to Lexus. Everyone was patient and understood it was a big decision and never applied any pressure or sales tactics to persuade me either way! Any time that I came back whether to pick up my registration, they always went out of their way to say hi. They were all very knowledgeable about their cars and the technology!

This was my 1st visit to this Lexus location, which does a very brisk business. I was warmly greeted by Kayla in the rain and directed to their nicely appointed customers service waiting area with WiFi & a snack bar. My customer service rep Bill was very professional, friendly, and diligent. I was very pleased!
