we had given a parcel to Moongipa, stating highest urgency to be delivered from Mumbai to Delhi. on the committed date the truck did reach DELHI but not the parcel. upon enquiring we were told it shall reach the next day. again there was no parcel. After personal visit to their warehouse we learnt that they had not dispatched the parcel for 4 days and were plainly lying to us. when we tried to confront them for an explaination, they simply said..."this is not the only work we have and there are many other things on hand... what is done is done.... " Talking to them on phone is a nightmarish experience. inspite of their mistake, the guy on the other line hung up the phone on me couple of times. they take advantage of the fact that our parcel is in their possession. our
