A Amazing

The reception was good and standard. The employee that waited on me for my 8 am appointment was less than friendly and appeared very unhappy to be working on Saturday or working for the DOT. Came in to get a star placed on DL and had all documents requested. However, a copy of birth certificate, that was good enough for the United States Army, is unacceptable for the DOT. Don't understand the logic there. Going to reschedule.

I had a wonderful experience with the friendly staff here. My DL instructor, Cindy I think her name was, made me feel so wonderful and comfortable. I have been in a few accidents and was absolutely terrified of driving. She made it so easy for me and I am glad to have met her.

Have tried and tried to get ahold of them so can renew my license and can't. Have paper saying could go on line and do it,but kept telling me incorrect information.Everytime tried to call got nothing or please hold.Waited for 45 minutes and nothing.

Way better making appointments! They should keep it this way so the staff isn't overwhelmed with crowds. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes, and they were way friendlier than normal when there's 20 people waiting.

I was late for my appointment due to driving from Des Moines,IA. However, they were extremely understanding and seen me anyway. They were very polite and understanding.

The folks were reasonably friendly. Not really sure why we have to make appointments now. Was told that is the way it is going to stay as well. Overall a decent experience.
