Wow, West Harpeth should be commended for their care and compassion they showed our family in our time of loss yet again. Michael and his staff were nothing less than exceptional. Michael has helped us 4 times in the last 18 years and every time he has taken excellent care of us. The new Celebration Hall/Reception center is so nice and accommodating. We have had to use the “Dignity” funeral home a few times with other relatives who had pre arrangements and were treated horribly by them. We have since talked other family members into transferring their arrangements to West Harpeth. We would recommend them to anyone!!!!!

We used the funeral home to hold a joint memorial service for my mother and brother (their remains were processed somewhere else). Shelly helped us through everything and was great. She put out two urns for us and staged things nicely with some personal items we brought. She also made a video collage of pictures and made a bunch of copies for us. She even put out my mom and brothers favorite candy. She really helped us through and was very accessible and accommodating. I can't thank her enough.
