Pretty good overall but the drive through wait was quit lengthy at 30 minutes. My wife’s fave is the patty melt that she ordered and enjoyed again today. I tried spicy chicken and grilled chicken. The grilled was tender the spicy had kick but kind of dry that the sauce was definitely needed and helped bring a tender taste.

3.5 stars because of looooong wait. I've been eating at Freddy's since the pandemic (April 2020).. If you want a quick bite, you can get that here, after a long wait. Waiting time can range from 20-45 minutes at this location! This wait time has been on weekends weekdays and various hours throughout the day. I've been to Freddy's in different states and waited only 5 minutes. Today I tried the chili cheese 's. If you think all chili's are created equal, you'll love this meal. If you have a palette for chili then this is palatable. I added onions and should have requested jalapenos. I would consider the portion size big and enough for two. I also ordered a strawberry shake that wasn't blended to well and the frozen strawberries kept interfering with the straw. Freddy's shakes are only 8 oz for the medium and costs 5.19. Totally a rip-off but delicious with burgers, hot dogs or chili cheese fries. You can order door dash, mobile ordering and the food is brought to your car, or drive-thru. Walk-ins still not allowed. Credit/debit cards and cash accepted.

Just went through the drive thru and ordered 2 fish sandwich combos. I specifically asked for NO fry sauce on the sandwich (who puts fry sauce on a fish sandwich anyways??), and instead I specifically asked for tartar sauce instead. Well big surprise, I get fry sauce on both sandwiches. Even when you repeat yourself multiple times that you want tartar sauce instead, they still manage to get it wrong. Thanks

They change the hours of service yet the mobile app says otherwise. When I arrive they attended me but forgot the other meal that I ordered. There management is not doing a good job at making sure everything is prepared on time. I’ve been waiting for 30 minutes for an order! edit:I change my rating from 1 to a 4, because the general manger responded to my concerns., and the The quality of the food is overall great. I really appreciate the GM taking customer service seriously.

A long wait for drive through and the food was just okay. We waited for almost 30mins in the drive through line. The signature turtle custard was too sweet for me. The Chicago dog was too salty.
