Two years ago I went there and bought oil, lower unit gear lube, and filter to winterize my Merc 150. Curt (owner) said (in a sarcastic tone) \if I would have brought it in to be winterized you wouldn't have to do it.\ So last fall I took it in. Picked it up and parked it in the my storage building for the winter. Went out two weeks ago to plug in the batteries. There was a puddle of oil under the motor. Bottom plug on lower unit was leaking. Zerts fittings had globs of grease on them. Never wiped off after greasing. The motor cowling had a rub mark on it from poor handling. This may buff out. Hope so. Paint was chipped on lower cowling by oil drain spicket. When I called they said they would take care of it. Sure did. UPS came and brought me a jar of lower unit grease and two gaskets for the lower unit plugs. Really? That's customer service? The lady at the desk is friendly and very knowledgeable. Seems they don't want me back in their store. NO PROBLEM! My advice, go elsewhere.
