I ordered from Etsy on the 27th of November and didn’t get any updates on my package after December 4th. I contacted the shop owner via Etsy messaging and she sent me articles to support weak excused. The order was a major part of a Christmas gift. After explaining this to her she said...it’s out of her hands and then mocked me by saying Happy Holidays. It would have been if I had received that I paid for. If this had ever happened to me with any of my customers I would have made it right because that would be better customer service than an automated response and telling me to figure it out. I am very disappointed and IT HAS NOT BEEN HANDLED smh.

The staff of Nelson's Tea truly kow their stuff when it comes to all things tea. They offer wholsale pricing so any supplier is capable of offering their own branded line of tea. They are delicious as well, I personally love the Crazy Choco Chai!
