My fiancé and I went to this spa for a massage recently and it was very disappointing. The massage was definitely NOT deep tissue. It was very light. I had just as much muscle soreness when I left. The woman who gave my fiancé a massage talked to her the entire time, which was frustrating. Apparently these are traditional Indian massages so if you are expecting deep tissue, you will be disappointed.

The Abhyanga massage was amazing! The doctors here truly know how to help us get our body back in balance and to heal naturally. Will be going back...incredible place!!!

I had an amazing massage and sauna experience. I have also benefited from the excellent education I have received about how to best take care of my body. There are so many toxins we take in each day in our environment and in the products we use that are literally making us sick. Awareness is an important first step to improvement.

I really enjoyed going through the detox/cleanse program. It was a bit of a commitment, but I gained excellent results. By commitment, I mean you have to go for several treatments in a short time frame, but getting that self care is a great thing to make time for! I have tried other treatments as well and enjoy regular massages. I haven't used Dr. Tummala's services, but I enjoy talking to her and hearing about her through others who have. The combination of Ayurveda and Western Psychiatry is a blessing. She gets to the root of the problem and doesn't just cover up symptoms with pills. I think that type of practice is very much needed and would recommend anyone needing that type of service at least talk to her. I'm sure you will be much better off! Sometimes we put things off or don't do them because we don't want to spend money, but in the end, if you don't have your health, how can you enjoy anything else? Health should be a priority for everyone.

I live in Virginia but was visiting family in Milwaukee over the holidays and I decided to try out the Ayurvedic massage session at Trinergy Ayurveda in New Berlin. I’m used to getting these massages in India and glad I went to Trinergy ... I was pleasantly surprised with how authentic the massage was. The owners went to great trouble to keep it as original and authentic as it is practiced in India. The spa itself has good ambience and has a tastefully decorated lobby. The staff was courteous and caring. I was offered organic tea as soon as I got there. The staff also mentioned that the owners are very particular about maintaining a green and environment friendly place. They are a chemical free facility and certainly the place smells of wonderful herbs and camphor. They also apparently use only organic herbal oils and ingredients keeping in line with Ayurveda’s philosophy of balance with nature. My therapist, Sham, was very good. His massage was very relaxing and refreshing. In other spas in US, if you ask for the Ayurvedic massage, you have to pay extra for the marma (energy point) stimulation. But in India, Ayurvedic massage always includes the marma stimulation. I was happy to find that at Trinergy Ayurveda, you don’t have to pay extra for what is part of the massage itself. And there are many health benefits to the marma stimulation. Don’t ever skip this part if you are getting an Ayurvedic massage. The steam sauna towards the end was a perfect end to a very relaxing and refreshing massage experience. Overall, I was charged 115 for about 70 min service (50 min massage and 10 min steam sauna). Call it my east coast sensibility, I thought this was a very reasonable price, especially considering that everything was authentic and organic/chemical free. But they apparently have amazing discounts and monthly membership packages if you are someone local. I highly recommend this place!

I had been looking for an ayurvedic doctor for a long time. I met with Sunita and we did a detox treatment. (you have to do a series of treatments, 2 or 3 in a row) Wear comfortable clothing when coming for services. Great experience.

Dr. Tummala is the finest psychiatrist/counselor I have ever worked with. In fact, she is the finest health care provider in general that I have ever worked with. Her professionalism, knowledge, kindness, and understanding our second to none. I have a lot of experience with therapists and psychiatrists and the healing I have done under her care is profound. I also am very impressed with Sunita Pandey's practice, she is very knowledgeable and friendly. Under her care I have done the Panchakarma detox program and have received massages all as part of my mental and physical healing. Very highly recommended!!
