Gave them 10 months of my life in daily shifts of 10 hours . In the beginning it was cool but slowly you start to realize that favoritism rules this place . For example A real pretty supervisor referred her dad , He got the job and in 2 months he became a team captain . It doesnt matter how good your numbers are or how much overtime you do If you cant keep up with the whole mind game of kissing a** then youre being left behind . High turn over rate due to unprofessional individuals . (Pro : Beautiful women)

I was here since the NB location opened back in 2014. I left due to my personal reasons that had nothing to do with CBE. I can say CBE was the best company I’ve ever worked for. I made some great friends there, my superiors were there for me through my hard times and co workers and I thank them for that.
The front desk stated they hire anyone. I interviewed with one girl who told me to go outside and wait for the second part and the next thing I know 30 minutes later another girl comes out and says the person who interviewed me was thinking about it after all and they would contact me. What kind of professionalism is that? No thank you no wonder there’s a high turn around they have a bunch of unprofessional kids running it.
CBE is/was my first call center experience and I can not be thankful enough for the opportunity. A workplace of hard working professionals who recognize effort and are always ready to assist with developing the tools necessary to handle any type of customer interaction. A great workplace option for students, family breadwinners, and career professionals alike.
