Very Bad Service I have booked Creta E Diesel black variant on 22th August with Rs 30000 advance booking amount, at the time of booking dealer Punj Hyundai Gagret HP assured me that car will be delivered within one month,but now to be approx three month I have not received my booking car. Dealer give fake commitment in every call/time, they deliver. I think dealer have delivered my car to any other person for his personal benifit. Or if not sent by Company that means Hyundai is give very bad service to customers. If I don't get my booking within 10 days then I go to consumer court. And want my money back with interest.

Dear Hyundai, I placed booking for Lava Orange 1.5 EX Creta Petrol around 40 days back. However. I have been told that company is not manufacturing Lava Orange in EX variant and there is no assurance on when it will be manufactured. I don't understand why does your company claim to provide this colour if you are not manufacturing. All your Creta advertisements and brochures are based mainly on lava orange colour. But you are not supplying the colour in EX variant. You are misleading the public by advertising something which you cannot deliver. This amounts to breach of trust and makes one to have serious doubts about the credibility of your company . When you are selling thousands of units every month, there is no excuse for not being able to provide one unit of lava orange creta. Please resolve my grievance at the earliest. Dealership and Regional Head have not addressed my concern. Have not received any replies for my emails to your company. Don't ask my contact details. They are in your inbox.

I have booked hyundai venue 1.2 s Titan grey color car from your dealer BALAJEE HYUNDAI HARDOI on 30/09/202. they promised me that they will deliver the car before navratri / navratri but when I contacted them on 16 Oct. 2020 they are telling that we will deliver the only after this month. Worst experience with hyundai.
