Nice but face mask elastic was too small. Had to add elastic from the other mask. Disappointed. Way too tight.

I placed an order for pick up for masks. I found this store online and it fit my style and aesthetic. I spent over 100 on masks. I went to the store to pick, and the sales woman was either having bad day or really bad with customer service. Ive worked in retail customer service for 10 years and still do to this day - I know what customer service is supposed to be. Her rude attitude and demeanor was really disappointing, i for sure did not feel like a welcome customer. I feel like she noticed my dissatisfaction and change in tone when I spoke to her - she then tried to say something to me regarding my purchase, I was not having it - too late. I just walked out. Won’t be coming back as a customer.
I was excited to receive my masks which were ordered on line. UPS messed up on the delivery which was sorted out just today. The masks were beautifully wrapped and nicely made. The company contacted me back to make sure I received the silk masks. They were shipped in a timely manner as well.
ordered through walmart market place on walmart dot com. after a delay my masks were shipped via usps and never delivered to the correct address so I do not have anything but aggravation and anger about now. i paid 29.16 and got nothing. the tracking number states delivered at 5pm and it sure as heck was not delivered to my address. Was the address label incorrect or was the package marked enticingly showing it contained fancy silk masks during a pandemic to encourage theft during delivery process. who knows. i had to call and argue with walmart and got a full refund for somthing i paid for and never received as I waited and waited during a pandemic in desparate need of a couple masks to be safe. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND NO RESPONSE FROM KES. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.IF YOU DO ITS AT YOUR OWN PERIL ord# ending in 463479
Very disappointing sales experience. Ordered a cloth face mask online on April 3rd. On Monday (4/20/20), 17 days after my order had been placed, I had not received any communication regarding shipping times, thus reached out to customer service via email to inquire about approximate time of shipping (the website as of 4/20/20 indicated that items would ship within two weeks - the website now says 10 days). Automated email response also indicated that \face masks may require up to 2 weeks before order is shipped out. This is the MAXIMUM amount of time we are expecting to process the order\. The same email indicated that \face masks cannot be returned or exchanged AFTER DELIVERY\. Now, 17 days after my order had been placed, the item STILL had not even been processed for shipping, so I emailed once again to have my order cancelled. Yesterday, (4/22/20) my order was finally processed and a separate shipping confirmation was emailed this morning in the early AM. Barely 30 minutes ago, I finally received a response to my cancellation email from 4/20/20 which says that all face mask sales are final \as stated on our website\ and that my order had already been processed and shipped. Funny that my email to customer service should be returned the day after my order has been processed and shipped, precisely when I can no longer cancel or return my order. Also, nowhere in my original order confirmation was there any indication that face masks were non-returnable, in fact, directly beneath the eceipt\ in the email, the domestic return and exchange policy is listed stating \Making a return is easy...\ Hoping others will avoid the same disappointing online retail and customer service experience. Update: Mask delivered today (4/30/20). A full week after I received an email from customer service stating \it will be shipped USPS First Class (1-3 days).\ Paid 26 which was received on the day the order was placed. Took 27 days to receive the item with very poor customer service.
