I have been twice to the drop in and used the online chat facility. The information received is stuff I found myself already on the interwebs. Trying to get an appointment to sit and speak with someone, is like trying to find gold nuggets in the river nene, it's impossible. It's supposed to be there to help and advise, I got neither. Thankfully I found my own solicitor and got more help from them in 5 minutes than I did from CA. Btw the solicitor saw me for free.

They never answer the call, been calling them every day for the last 2 weeks, I wonder why telephone advice available if nobody is answering? Just waisted my precious time.

Not helpful at all they only doing what they gets pay for not what we need help with. I come twins one for housing but didn't got any helped and I received a letter from benefit that I have to pay nearly 4000 overpaymant it wasn't the right dissension .it said if I want to appeal it Citizen adive bureau can have easy access to appeal from but they didn't made an appeal they advice how I will be paying this back.
