I paid for my tablee last year December even paid for it to be delivered on a Saturday on the 18th of january. I got a confirmation text 2 days before the 18th that everything is fine and my delivery will me with me between 12-6 stayed in home waiting all dayy and the delivery never came. Its the 7th of February and i have no dining table and they give me a delivery date on a monday when im working. The frustration is real. The worst company i ever dealt with. No responsible what so ever

Really great experience. Young female shop assistant was fantastic. She applied no pressure, took her time explaining things and knew everything we needed to know. Just sold my elderly mother exactly what she wanted at a great price. Very very happy, thankyou.

After ordering a TV unit and sofa in December for a March delivery, we were contacted and told that the delivery would be delayed as they hadn't got enough deliveries in the area. I wouldn't have minded but we had paid for delivery. When they finally decided to deliver, the company that made the TV unit went into administration so we didn't receive it and the sofa came wrong. We ended up cancelling the order. I will not be buying from here again

Popped in for a sample of the sofa’s we’ve purchased at the Fosse park store (who were great) - ghost town in there... no one manning ground level. Asked for the sample was told no and he didn’t have one he can give me.. (this chap looked like the store manager) after challenging why I’d been told that I could collect one - he then conceded that he could post one to me... don’t understand why I have to work harder than a store manager to receive adequate customer service. Pretty shocking really.
