Really great service. Came out to deal with a wasp nest in our roof. He was here the same day. Very professional service. He explained everything and was very helpful. Glad to hear if the wasps are not gone in 4 days max he will come back out for free and sort it out. Would definitely recommend and will be using again if required.

Iain was brilliant. Called out on a Sunday morning he was with me in under 40 minutes to help release not one, but two Rooks, who had come down an old chimney stack and get themselves trapped behind the kitchen sink! Really friendly, happy to help and chat and genuinely caring about the welfare of the birds. More than happy to recommend him.

Iain was great. I Discovered lots of ants coming in behind my washing machine, gave him a call, expecting / hoping he might be able to come tomorrow but to my surprise he was able to come tonight and within an hour he was here. His price seemed reasonable and he was open an honest on the phone that ants are hard to get remove, as the nest could be deeper under ground. Which he made me aware of before I said yes to him coming and having a look. When he arrived, he was polite, professional and friendly. Had a look at the problem and then explained what he would do to treat the issue. Once he was done he again explained about it’s hard to stop them but rather than saying he might have to come back, which would obviously include me paying again he suggested something I could buy. This would feed back to the queen and hopefully kill off the nest. If it doesn’t or we have something else I’d definitely give him a call again.
