I have purchased from this Company before and the gift arrived within 3 days. I have now purchased again, got an email saying that my product had been received. Not received any product and they still haves my money. I have tried numerous emails, phone calls to no avail. I am not happy. I will keep fighting for this as it is a gift for our best friend. Dont think i will purchase from this crew again. :(:(

I placed an order with Earache Records on 28th November. On the 30th, I received an email saying my order had been shipped. It's now 16th December and it still has not arrived. I've sent 2 emails, called all the numbers on their site countless times and messaged them on facebook with no reply. I've spent a lot of money on a Christmas gift for my partner and received NOTHING! This company is a joke and a scam! Avoid like the plague! I'm now having to go through PayPal to get my money back. Angry is an understatement!
