The building is lovely and the inside nice. We went at 7.30pm The food was edible and certainly cheap.. This place describes itself as a venue to relax and unwind. The bar a staff and waiting staff managed to get through the evening briskly and cooly without a smile or chat between them. We watched the people being greated.they were either reminded that the pub would be closing or reprimanded e.g.register before parking bike in beer garden. It was clear the staff didn't want to be there. Once those booked in were seated the server disappeared so we took the hint and didn't order anything else. No doubt covid is the reason.

First time visiting this place and was impressed. Had a carvery which was delicious. The vegetables were nicely cooked. The place seemed clean and the staff were very helpful bringing the drinks to our table. Look forward to visiting again.

Nice pub just feel the way the buffet breakfast is done could be improved. Bar staff tell you kitchen know whats been ordered but then you wait 10 mins for toast as they only have a 2 slice toaster. Then have to wait for eggs and bacon to be cooked. Food was OK but not the best I've had if im honest

Very good place to have a dinner with friends. Neat and clean, lovely staff and great food as well. Enjoyed a lot.
