Delivery team called 5 min before their arrival, were courteous and thorough! They also made sure we didn’t have any questions and the set was placed just how we wanted it.

Anytime you go furniture shopping you start at a disadvantage. Some retailers will mark-up furniture 200-400% and there's the 10-16% commission for the sale. The best you can hope for is to leave the store feeling you got the best deal for the money you spent. Now, for my experience at Kloss furniture store. I was impressed with the showroom. It was well organized and had good lighting. My salesperson was Jermaine Hunt. He did a great job and was well informed about the recliner I'm interested in purchasing. He immediately gave me a good price from the listed price and worked the possibility of delivery into the price. Jermaine, did a great job! I would recommend if your looking for furniture give Kloss Furniture a chance.

This was the best furniture-buying experience we have ever had. Everyone in the store was very friendly and helpful. We found exactly what we wanted and it was actually in stock and the prices were great. Delivery was early and they were very friendly and respectful of our home. I highly recommend! We will definitely purchase furniture from Kloss in the future!

Kloss furniture is super nice. Very friendly helpful environment. The 3 Piece Alton Silver Sectional I ended up choosing is amazing, but expect to spend a pretty dime for quality! 4 stars instead of 5 because I wasn’t notified that my couch delivery slipped from mid November to late January. I’m not sure if this is something that they can incorporate but it would be extremely helpful to notify customers when their delivery date slips due to COVID stuff or just in general.

I couldn’t be happier with my choice in furniture stores! The staff were friendly and well informed to be able to answer my questions. They were knowledgeable with what product they had which would best “check the boxes” for what I needed. Delivery was COVID safe, the gentlemen who delivered were polite and willing to place the items exactly where I wanted them. I’m very happy to have given my business to this wonderful, family owned business!!
