This is ABSOLUTELY the most unorganized, incompetent, and negligent organization I have ever dealt with in the past 10 years of business. They could not even verify that one of their own employees worked there and sent me in a circle of transferred calls ending up at the same department I called from and then transferring me to a voicemail...all in an attempt to reach ONE OF THEIR OWN EMPLOYEES who had ILLEGALLY MOVED IN TO ONE OF MY HOMES WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME. This is very disturbing as they are the local entity that handles evictions!

The ladies who answer the phones are very incompetent. No one can tell you any information that you may need. They are beyond rude. Its almost as if you are asking them for a personal favor, or a piece of their gold. Word of advise, get a clue and once you find the clue get a better paying job.

This place put my son in the pod where he had his nose broken. The COs don't care if they even eat. You have to threaten to get a lawyer just to get straight answers
