Easy from start to finish! Called when we were about 3 mins away, accessed a coupon on their site for a discount. Cashiers coming in and going out were so friendly. Drivers were amazing to and from, the drivers we had were on point! I know one was James on the way back, forgot the other guys name. We parked for 3 days, vehicle stayed secure no issues. Airport pickup was speedy, we didn’t even wait two minutes! Airport charging 2X their prices!

Easy and fast parking and pickup. You can choose covered or uncovered parking upon entrance. The shuttle bus picks you up outside your vehicle and drops you off outside in front of your airline. When you return, call the number on the back of your ticket voucher and they’ll pick you up in the second lane of Will Rogers World Airport. The shuttle drops you off at your car, and you pay with a credit card when you leave. They don’t take Discover card. Pretty simple!

Used this place in October. They changed their hours from 5AM to 12PM but everywhere it says they are 24 hours even online. Our flights got back late at night and we were not able to get our cars out. When we called to try and get the shuttle to our cars we found out they changed their hours due to COVID. 7 months into the pandemic flights have increased back to normal so we had no way of knowing they had changed their hours. The attendant should have made sure we understood their operating hours had been changed so we could have made other arrangements. I would never use this place again.

Save yourself some time, money, and a lot of trouble and don’t use this service. It might be a buck cheaper than other places but there’s a reason for that. In short: .The have no 24/7 security on-site .Their shuttle service is extremely incompetent .The claim they leave at midnight because of the pandemic but then you rarely see them wearing masks! .Your vehicle will be unattended to from 12:00-5:00 AM, the time when it’s more likely for a break-in to occur .Their costumer service is nonexistent .They say whatever they need to in order to have you park there and then won’t honor it. I was told they will wait for me to get there after my flight landed at midnight. Guess what? They weren’t. Had to take a taxi there and wait for hours! In a global pandemic!!
