SCAM ALERT ! : this company is a fraud and does not even exist. We bought a smoker and received a second hand product (see pictures attached). Legs and door damaged. We realized that Commercial bbq smokers is not a real and registered company. DAWNVALE Group shipped our product. They offered to refund us but want to collect the product first to see if it was used by us LOL. We send them a formal notice before litigation to get the refund and the collection organized : no news from Commercial bbq smoker of Dawnvale ! HUGE SCAM with POOR PRODUCT QUALITY. ATTENTION AUX PROFESSIONNELS FRANCAIS : cette société nous a vendu un smoker au travers d'un société qui n'existe pas : commercial bbq smoker UK. Le produit a été reçu abimé. Il avait déjà été utilisé comme en témoignent les photos. Bien sûr, impossible d'obtenir le remboursement et le retour du produit. L'affaire va se finir devant le tribunal de commerce.
