We have used many charter company's in the past and I must say that this company is not only offering competitive rates but it is on top of listening to the customer needs! They accommodated a situation in a fast and friendly manner. The restroom was extremely clean and smelling fresh aside of being on the road for several hours. The driver of this great experience was, Mike. Mr. Mike made friendly and tasteful conversation while we waited in traffic. After having an incident in the restroom with a passenger, Mike came to the rescue and left the toilet even cleaner than when we first borded. We are sure to ask for Mr. Mike the next time we need their service.

What a terrible experience we went through. This driver they have Jack is not a good person. He gets 1 star for getting us there and back. I did not mind him watching videos while driving. However, I did mind him treating our group in a disrespectful manner. We pay this company lots of money to charter a bus full of kids who need access to uniforms, instruments and medication. No. He was not having it. He left us at the venue where the kids were performing and left our stuff out in the parking lot so that he could leave. Other drivers from the same company said they would never do that. And guess what, they did not. A different driver with the same company but a different group stayed with the bus so those kids can have access to the things they brought with them. Nope, not Jack. He could care less about the kids being able to get things. What a horrible experience. You wont see us on a SHAMilar bus I mean Shalimar. If you still choose to go with them, hope you don't get this driver.
