Although they would not approve me for a home loan, I have been banking here for years and have no fee, customer service or online problems. Fees are null if you keep your balance up. Online banking works for me without a glitch. Staff is friendly. I'd be great to have my home loan in the same place but Sterling Federal worked out great and they now have some of my accounts too.

Horrible place! This bank has rediculous fees and horrible service. My online banking hasn’t worked for the last couple years and I get charged fees I wouldn’t have to pay if my online banking would work! I highly recommend not using this bank especially the Oregon branch.
It was better when it was first national....
