Dr Shin and his staff provide the best customer care from the time I walk in and until the time I depart, each and every visit. It’s a pleasure to go to my appointments as I know everyone is meet with kindness and the best professional care. The time Dr Shin takes to identify the needs for treatment and how he instructs his staff is superior. I went for chronic back issues and through acupuncture and chiropractic applications I felt like a million bucks. I walk and stand tall again without the aches, soreness and pain I once had. It’s also well kept and sparkling clean every time I’m there. You can tell their level of commitment on how they are consistent in their care for you/me and the appearance of their office.

I went to this clinic a few years ago. I had wrist pain at that time. Dr. Shin was friendly. He made me feel that he was very confident about my injury. I went there for two weeks, spent hundreds of dollars, and it didn't work. I never went there again. Later, I went to see another doctor. It took me about 30% of the expenses I spent with Dr. Shin. It took only three days for my wrist to recover. I almost forgot about this clinic. Recently, the clinic has been keeping sending me e-mails and asked me to write comments on Google, so I have to evaluate them truthfully.

I give Dr Shin 5 stars because a Greek philosopher said \ that the only thing he knew for sure was that he knew nothing\ that humbleness allowed him to learn from everything and everyone making him wiser and more effective. Dr Shin has that quality! He also tries to impart some happiness to the experience which works on our inner being (feelings,emotions,spirit) things that the world needs.

My husband was diagnosed with bell's palsy last year. You need to act fast when you are diagnosed with that condition and his regular doctor prescribed antibiotics. Instead of antibiotics I heard that acupuncture could help. I phoned many places- LITERALLY 15 offices did not answer their phone, I received voicemail and out of those left message and only 2 called back. 1 office did answer their phone but did not have any experience with bell's palsy. Kansas Acupuncture & Chiropractic Clinic DID answer their phone, had experience and my husband was able to get an appointment the next day. The office is about a 50 minute drive from our house but it was completely worth it. My husband saw Dr. Shin for acupuncture and also chiropractic care - my husband had a regular chiropractor and Dr. Shin had NO problem with him continuing with his services. Dr. Shin never suggested for him to change, he just needed his contact info so that they could work together with curing my husband. We chose to have Dr. Shin provide both services - it was just easier and made more sense. After a month my husband was cured. No signs that he ever had bell's palsey! We are just so grateful to Dr. Shin!
