Fantastic customer service! The Wuhan outbreak meant China was on lockdown and I ended up with the stress of one week to sort out 200 replacement conference lanyards. Sarah was incredible. The product was great quality, they company did everything they said they would, with a smile & whilst keeping me posted along the way. We recently changed our events badge system with an external printer over to the foldover badges from Nicholas Hunter and could not be happier. We now have much more flexibility as we can print them ourselves. The badges are durable and have received lots of compliments at our research events. Customer service is friendly and very swift.
