Asked dacol for a quote, they came and measured up. A week later I rang asking if quote was coming -was told yes, they would phone me tomorrow. That was over 4 weeks ago....... if you dont want the work why bother giving the expectation that you do, instead you just mess people about. What an appalling response to my post. I do not have the wrong company, I came into the office in lower polsham and spoke to young girl - who booked the appointment. You came and measured up....... maybe it's your records that need looking at. Disgusting just trying to brush it away.
Good guys, helpfull and knowledgeable
Dacol have just fitted a patio door for me. They fitted a very large aluminium bi-fold door set 5 years ago and it's still like new. So he was my go-to supplier. The builders cutting the doorway hit a major snag just 3 hours before Dacol were due to fit the door. Dacol kindly shuffled jobs without any fuss. The snag was fixed the following day and Dacol came and fitted a couple of hours later. Another cracking job from them. Like last time they gave exemplary customer service - and very good value for money. On top of that they are really nice folks and very professional. Thanks guys. BTW, I will write a similar review for Dave the builder doing the building work. Dave is one of the most helpful and experienced tradesmen I have used - he overcame the snag without fuss and arranged everything for me. So nice to find tradesmen you can trust.
