They didn't tell me they were going to dump me way out in the ocean and make me wait for a seado to pick me up.
***DANGER*** This company has no safety standards my wife and I got really hurt here attempting to do the parasailing. The sales people speak English but the people that attach you to the sail do not. He asked our weight and when we told him in kgs he did not understand. Later as the plane was taking off we were dragged along the beach face first and have sand burns all along our legs and arm and we both were bleeding on the beach. The company does not have a first aid kit. We both had massive open wounds/bleeding and no first aid kit in sight.
I almost just lost my life parasailing with this company! NEVER AGAIN ! Poorly trained staff caused our parasail to lose air and we crashed right into the middle of the ocean! Smooth sailing for the first 10 minutes, the boat driver began a sharp turn and suddenly we began to drop down due to not enough wind to support us! This was the scariest moment of my life! I was screaming help us! Help us! While dropping down and it took minutes before they even noticed our shoot was falling!!! They were looking ahead not paying attention!! Since there was no time to unhook ourselves the heavy metal bar weighed us down! It even felt like we were still being dragged by the moving boat! My boyfriend nor I know how to swim! If it wasn’t for our life jackets we would have drowned! We were so far out it took what felt like a long time for the jet ski to rescue us. In that area there are boulders in the ocean thank God we were in the middle and not too close!! Once on shore I was shaking uncontrollably damn near in shock and the staff knew they made a terrible mistake so they offered me free beach chairs and water to calm down trying to reassure that I was OK! Now seeing the similar reviews I wish I would’ve known they are not well trained. PLEASE PLEASE NEVER FLY WITH THIS COMPANY. ITS DANGEROUS :(
WARNING: DANGEROUS, RECKLESS AND UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!! THEY ALMOST DROWNED US!!! I went parasailing with my fiancee and paid extra so we could spend more time in the air and observe the sunset from above. The whole experience was terrible as they have very old, worn off equipment coupled with extremely unprofessional staff. When we were about to land in the water the pilot was not paying attention at all so we ended up hitting the water at high speed followed by being dragged under water several metres unable to reach the surface to grasp for air. The most terrifying experience of my life. After the accident we had to call an emergency doctor who charged us a fortune. Not only did parasalingcostarica.tours not cover the medical expenses or refund the hundreds of dollars paid for the activity but they didn't even reply to our complaints. Thankfully we have it all recorded on video as we were carrying our own GoPro and they've left us with no other option but to sue them. Really unfortunate as it was our last day in Costa Rica and it was an awful ending to an otherwise fantastic holiday. If you want some adrenaline I would really recommend rafting in Savegre rather than parasailing (or any activity for that matter) with these people.
HORRIBLE! BEWARE! Went parasailing. When I was fitted with the harness, I told them three separate times the harness was too big (I have a small frame). No one listened they gave good instructions on how to hold the bar, run toward the beach, let go of bar as it lifted and grab our straps. Don’t sit until lifted from the sand. Both my friend and I did exactly as instructed. My friend, who is two hundred pounds was neatly seated on the harness. For me, the too large harness slipped over my thighs and over my rear, so I was left hanging straight up and down. There was no possibility I could fall, but it was incredibly uncomfortable, putting great strain on my lower back. So the entire time in the air was painful to say the least. When I landed, the management was confrontational and downright hostile, saying it was my fault, that I could have lifted myself up by the straps and adjusted the seat portion. Believe me, I tried that over and over. Even at 125 pounds, it is not possible for me to hold my entire weight with one hand while trying to work a stap down from my lower back to under my rear on even one side let alone both sides. So the experience itself was very uncomfortable and painful due to the position I was in due to the too large harness, but the very worst part was the extreme rudeness I experienced from the management when I tried to explain what happened. I love Costa Rica and lived in nearby Panama for a decade and have never been treated with so much disrespect and hostility ever! Costa Ricans as a whole are welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend you do NOT use this operation. My suggestion? Do the ZipLine. So professional and an outstanding experience. But anything would be better than this particular parasailing company!!
上がった瞬間思わず「うおー！！」と歓声をあげてしまいました！上空から見える海はビーチから見える色とは異なり、より美しくて感動します。マヌエルアントニオ国立公園のビーチも見えます。幼児でも体験できるほど簡単です。空を飛ぶってこういうこと！？という感じです。 ただ、私は酔いやすい体質なので折り返しぐらいから気持ち悪くなり、着陸後しばらく休む羽目になりました。 ドローンで動画や写真を撮影してもらえます。後からデータをメールで送ってくれますが、これが高画質でとっても素敵です！！ ただ、値段はかなりのものです。
家族四人でのパラセーリングは、私達家族にとって、素晴らしい体験でした。離陸、着水、すべて安全で順調に行われました。ここに紹介はできなかったが、ドローンで撮影された動画はとても良い宝物になりました。
