Cooking with Chef Eric was so much fun we gave an received classes with him for the holidays. Oh yeah, and the food was great.

When one thinks of Paris, the best cuisine in the world comes to mind. It was my goal to experience something true to the nature of French cooking and Chef Anton from Cook'n with Class provided that. We woke up early Sunday morning and went to a traditional French market, where we selected the freshest of ingredients for our 4 course meal. The market was amazing and Anton helped us navigate the different ingredients. He offered us plenty of options to make. We decided to make langoustine and rabbit, along with an almond pear tart for dessert. We also stopped by a delicious artisanal bakery for fresh baked bread and croissants for breakfast. Once we headed to the kitchen headquarters, Chef Anton divided the tasks among us so we could eventually eat the meal we prepared! Over great discussion, light wines and a course of delectable cheeses, we created a delicious meal that we will always remember. Chef Anton was truly amazing and I highly recommend him! We truly appreciate the time you took to teach and laugh with us! My husband (who is not much of a cook) said it was one of the most memorable experiences we had of our trip to France. We will love to do this again when we return to France!
My wife and I did two classes, Morning market and Paris Gourmet tour. Both Chief were amazing. They picked out great food, took us to amazing stores, and we're very knowledgeable about all things food :) Chief Constance was a lot of fun, she picked an amazing menu which we cooked in their beautiful school.
Took a cheese and wine class and had an excellent time learning about the history and details behind the various wine regions of France. Oh, and the cheese and wine pairings were delicious. Voilà!
Our entire family had a wonderful time shopping and cooking with Chef Patrick. We learned a lot and the meal that we cooked was excellent. We've already made one of the recipes and will definitely make more of them. Chef Patrick is incredibly knowledgeable and incredibly patient, which made the cooking fun. We highly recommend this class. And by the way - the pastry class also looked amazing, even though we didn't do it!
Took the macaron class with my mom, with Chef Patrick. We were a bit worried they may cancel the class because we were the only two signed up, but they went ahead anyway, and we basically got a private class! Chef Patrick was very exacting and everything was hands on, which we appreciated. Taking the class taught us so many tricks, tips, and info bits that only a chef would know. Because of the small class size, we came away with a lot of macarons from the class! Best of all, they send you a recipe booklet at the end and Chef Patrick said he’s happy to help us when we start making them at home, providing tips and suggestions via email if we have trouble. At the end, he even provided recommendations for some local restaurants for lunch, and a list of his favorite restaurants in all of Paris! Upon trying a few local shop’s macarons, it became clear we were taught well. The Parisians we shared ours with also complimented them, so I feel the class was beyond worth it! We are so happy we did this class, and can’t wait to start making them at home! Next time we’re back in Paris, we’re planning to book the marketplace class.
Sarah was amazing! The class was so much fun. My friend and I took our 11 year old daughters on a trip for their birthdays. This was a dream of mine. And to find a school that spoke English and was willing to share their recipes with me! Priceless!! Everything we made was delicious! And it was a small group so we all got to participate and see exactly how to do everything. Totally Hands on class. 10 stars!
Did a market class here, and my daughter (9) did a kids' class. Both excellent. Very knowledgeable. My market class was supposed to end at 3:00 but we went on until 5:00. Had a great time and learned a lot. Chef Brian was an excellent instructor.
