I started my search online. I was contacted by the dealer after requesting some more information. I dealt with Tom Shaffer, and he was excellent. Tom worked to see that I qualified for every discount available. They had the car in stock and we worked the entire deal via email and phone. I showed up at the dealership later the same day and was greeted by Tom. The whole process was very professional and efficient. I was in and out of the dealership in less than 90 minutes.

I drove 60 miles to buy a car from them this morning and had a great experience. Fast, smooth, efficient, and most important NO GAMES! Steve Cseke was my salesman, what a nice guy. I would purchase from them again.
As luck would have it, my appointment was on one of those days when, if something could go wrong...it went wrong!! The day began at 8:30am. There for a tire replacement. 15 minutes in, and the machine needed to put the tire on the rim broke! Repair tech was unable to get there for a few hours, but I was able to get a ride home. Later that day, the same machine broke again!! Finally, by about 4:30, I got a call from Tim that my car was ready. They were clearly frazzled by the events of the day, but were still pleasant and apologetic for the delay. Best of all, I was in and out pretty quickly and made it to my dinner reservation at 5:00 with 2 minutes to spare!!
Dear Axelrod. after speaking with my lawyer Mark Gardner Esquire. Just want to say I could have handled it better. I was not very nice and for that it makes me stronger to say I'm sorry. My lawyer did laugh that you sold me a certified pre owned with only a 30 day bumper to bumper warranty. That was over sight on my part. Call me naïve and even being in love with this one girl hasn't toughened me up You got the better of the deal and it is absolutely my fault. Against my lawyers advice though I will not be stopping in. I apologize for my seething fuming attitude and wish you all the best of success in the future.
