Horrible phone etiquette. I called to do business with them and politely asked the gentlemen how he was doing to have him reply with a curt reply of “busy, what you need?” I asked about a 30.06 rifle and again the reply was...”don’t got none.” Then he proceeded to hang up the phone. Won’t be doing any business with them. I’d highly recommend a gun business that’s appreciative that someone would attempt to do business with them since gun businesses in the Jackson metro area close after about a year in business.

This has become my preferred shop. Great prices and friendly service. Haven't used as FFL yet but when I need one Cowart's will definitely be my choice especially at 20.

I have nothing but good things to say about them. Very knowledgeable, friendly and what a deal a 20 transfer is. This has become my go to gun store since moving to this area. I have purchased directly from and transferred guns through them. Never a single problem. The one negative review he has probably came from someone who failed the background check...
I've ordered several guns online and used them as my FFL. They stay very busy with people picking up guns so expect a little wait. Usually only 2 or 3 guys behind the counter, but they were nice and got the process handled quickly. I will use them again.
