Leone's Ploaris is Awesome!! I have purchased 6 machines there. The sales Team is great Matt is an enthusiast and really knows his products. They are knowledgeable,courtesy & competent. They do all of my service and repairs. Along with the purchase of a machine here comes the best service department anywhere. Im very picky and Im happy every time. That's why they have been there 50 years. That says a lot on its own. Thanks for everything!

Unfortunately there is no option for zero stars to leave a review. The salesman I dealt with was full of himself and not concerned with my issues. My Ranger had a problem with the clutch and needed to go back for service. The Ranger was completely cleaned inside and out when it arrived there. When it was picked up after service there were scratches on the doors and bed that they tried to hide under dirt halfway up the vehicle and the interior was dirty and you could see there was a passenger in it also. They put 22 miles on the Ranger and the service guy admitted to taking it through ditches. There was no need for 22 mile test drive with a passenger and taking it through ditches. The salesman took pictures and told me the owner would contact me about the situation. I was not contacted by the owner about this situation. They don't care about their customers and their machines they paid hard earned money for. I strongly suggest buying from another Polaris dealer if you want you and your machine to be treated well and respected. UPDATE: Turns out Leone's did not replace the two parts that were recalled yet claimed warranty parts from Polaris. Went to another dealer and machine was fixed properly under warranty. Purchase and service machines at ANY other dealer!!!
