I recently purchased my dream car from Schimmer and was very pleased with the sales team. Jeff and Olga were fantastic! I've been on the hunt for one of these cars for months and was willing to purchase sight unseen and pay for delivery. In my experience, many dealerships won't negotiate over the phone and like to trap you by coming into the dealership. The sales team at Schimmer knew I lived a few hours away and we made a deal within minutes over the phone. No sales tricks or anything, professional business deal from the first phone call. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate the accommodation. Jeff advised me on better financing than my bank offered and Olga drove 100 miles to my home to close the deal. If you are looking for a sales team who accommodates, look no further. If that is not good customer service, I don't know what is. Even though we do not live close, we will definitely look at Schimmer for our next purchase. Thanks again!
