Had a wasp's nest in a hedge next to a public footway, so was concerned for public safety. Contacted Iain just before 5pm and by 6pm he had arrived and removed the nest. Great service and will use again. Would recommend. Very friendly and explained what he had done.

Iain was very accommodating when we needed to replace a patio door and protect our workers from a bumblebee nest in the cavity wall. He was available at the time we needed and when the works were delayed he was still able help at short notice. Very professional, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend. What a fantastic and professional man Iain is. We found his website online and chose to call him out by chance on a Thursday morning having a rodent ingress into our newly built conservatory. He was with us within the hour, and could not have been more helpful, approachable and knowledgable. He gave us advice and helped us understand the situation we were in much more clearly, and walked us through how it had happened. He checked the entire household and surrounding area and neighbours, even though we were certain it was an isolated incident, just to give us more peace of mind. He gave us advice and even spoke to the builders of the conservatory on how to resolve, and prevent further problems. From then we had him twice more as the situation could not be resolved by the workmen, both of the call outs were late evenings and he wouldn’t leave until he knew we would be mentally okay, to cope with the situation. Since this all started, Iain has been nothing but world class, and I couldn’t have asked for a better professional to come and help us deal with this problem. I would hire him again in a heart beat, as he made my wife and I feel very comfortable and went above and beyond. Hopefully I won’t have to but I say that with the utmost respect.

We called Pestguard northwest out on Friday regarding rats seen in our garden. Iain was very thorough, checked all the surrounding areas within the garden and found where they were coming in from, he then offer a service which we could borrow the boxes to keep the cost down and do it ourselves. He did check 1st that we both weren't squeamish!!. I'd have no hesitation to call pestguard northwest back, very friendly service and a genuine guy who tried to save you money at every turn.
