Matthew Price at Peter Barry did our survey. He spent time on the phone understanding my requirements, went out of his way to deal with the agent and gaining access (I couldn't let him in I was away). When I needed a couple of extra things to be covered in the report he hoped with that as well. I am very happy to recommend him.

Awful Service! Horrific customer service! complete neglect in my opinion regarding how i have been treated.... Peter Barry Surveyors assigned me a surveyor called William Weaver to carry out a party wall award. My neighbour was having a rear extension, loft conversion and an outhouse built. Mr Weaver at Peter Barry Surveyors only supplied the paperwork for the rear extension \forgetting\ to do the party wall details for the loft extension and the outhouse. My neighbour has completed work on the loft extension and i have damage to my property. Honestly never dealt with a company who has demonstrated the highest levels of neglect in their duties and give me the feeling that it has little to no care. I made my formal complaint to the company, one month later no response from the complaints handler. I brought to the surveyors attention back in September he has still not completed the paperwork as of today 09/12/20 I still don't have the paperwork I needed before the work even started. would not recommend this company in any way.
William Weaver was extremely helpful in advising us in matters regarding a party wall query. He was friendly, informative and reliable and I would definitely look to use his services again in the future.
