This charger is NOT open 24h a day, they will trick you into using it only to give you a parking fine outside of hours. If they need money so bad perhaps look into other forms of revenue.

Not only it is one of the most expensive rapids, I also had to top up my account with 10. Why can't you just charge my debit card for whatever amount I use. Weak mobile signal next to charger. Had to go to nearest shops to connect to WiFi. It took about 15 min to actually start the charge No phone app One * for charging speed.
