We used Peterborough Hot Tubs in order to transport a tub from Werrington to Yaxley. The communications between us and the business were fine at this point. Long story short the tub took about 3 hours to move from the drive to the garden. It also needed us to call on friends and family to assist the two lads with moving the tub on a skid mat. A concrete post had to be cut out and part of a garden wall had to be knocked down. The tub has also picked up some damage with deep scratches where it has scuffed against the wall. ** A survey should have been conducted by the company to ensure it could be moved ** The two lads that turned up with the tub were absolute troopers so hats off to them! They really gave it there all and my comments are by no means a pop at them! I honestly don't know how they managed to deal with the tub between them! The tub was left in the garden on its side on the basis that we could have them re-attend a few days later to lay it down onto a new base. We tried for a few days via messenger (they were read but not responded to) and made phonecalls to arrange this, but they didn't call back or reply to our messages. We feel that we were seriously let down by the company having been told that as soon as we paid we would get a call to arrange the completion of the job. On speaking to other people it appears that this isn't the first time they have 'dumped and run'. I also find it strange for an established company to have there review feature on Facebook turned off. Unfortunately my one and only experience with this company hasn't been the best and as a result we will not use them in the future.

Very professional service arrived on time and put the hot tub exactly where I wanted. Also fitter the Cover lifter and explained how to use the chemicals etc. Highly recommended.
