I rarely feel inclined to leave reviews but I had to in this case. Alliance Camelback is 5 stars through and through, beginning with the exceptional, friendly, thorough and prompt care delivered by the provider Francis Levandowski NP. He made me feel comfortable, explained things clearly and you can tell he really cares. The front desk and medical assistant were excellent as well. I have been to a few Urgent cares over the years and the quality of service from the staff and providers was hit or miss but I can happily say that you will be in good hands at the Camelback location.

Went in this AM as they are close to my home. Wait time 15 minutes---in and out around 25 minutes. Very clean--treated well and now feel better. Nadine ordered eye drops and felt better after the first dose! People must understand that when dealing with sick people it is very hard to please everyone and you may not get the answer you want. This is an Urgent care and not an ER. Thank-you Alliance and Nadine.

Very positive experience and I would recommend this location to others. I got a rapid COVID test here after booking an appointment time online and the process went very smoothly. It only took about 20 minutes end to end (from when I arrived to when I left). Each employee I interacted with there was very pleasant. Thank you!

Frank was amazing, very kind. Did stitches on both my eye and my arm! Walk-ins excepted. Was great with my insurance and very friendly place!
